They been a cornerstone of mental health support in Oxfordshire for decades. From talking therapies and wellbeing groups to housing support, crisis helplines, and peer support networks, they provide a vital safety net across the region. Their mission is to ensure that everyone experiencing a mental health problem receives both support and respect.
In short, they are doing the work that really matters.

Oxfordshire Mind's Services
Oxfordshire Mind offers a wide range of free mental health services across the county, designed to support individuals at every stage of their mental health journey.
Their services include crisis support at Safe Haven locations, one-to-one assistance through the Oxfordshire Mind Information Service, peer support groups, wellbeing courses and workshops, support specifically for young people, and mental health support provided via GP surgeries.
They also deliver up-to-date information through their factsheets and Mind Guide directory, ensuring people can access the right support when they need it most.
Everything they do is rooted in their belief that everyone deserves respect, support, and the opportunity to live a fulfilling life.
Oxfordshire Mind believes in Workplace Wellbeing
Alongside their core services, Oxfordshire Mind actively partners with local employers through their Workplace Wellbeing Programmes. They provide short awareness and prevention training sessions on topics such as burnout, stress, and resilience, as well as accredited courses like Mental Health First Aid and Suicide First Aid. These sessions equip colleagues with the tools and confidence to support themselves and each other, and can be delivered either online or in person across Oxfordshire. The income generated directly funds their free mental health services.
For businesses seeking a more strategic approach, they also offer tailored consultancy services. They collaborate with organisations to review and enhance workplace culture, policies, and structures, fostering lasting, systemic change around mental health and wellbeing. Their aim is to support organisations in developing and implementing effective wellbeing policies that reflect best practice and uphold Oxfordshire Mind’s high standards.
