Am IT outsource provider, specialising in IT Helpdesk for the Legal vertical. They were implementing a new application for one of the largest chambers in London.
The in-house team were going to implement a Linux based Document Management solution.
They required a platform that complied with the document management solutions requirements, these included;

- Replicated to DR Zone
The solution had to use VMware, as this was the only virtualization software that the document management solution was certified for.
- Design of the solution, including hardware requirements.
- Implementation at primary and DR Sites.
- Full onsite knowledge transfer with IT helpdesk team.
- Full documentation, that included a detailed DR how to.
The customer also took the option for MirrorSphere’s enhanced support and maintenance contracts.
